This elegant Villa rental situated in the picturesque area of Chlorakas, halfway between Paphos to coral Bay. The Villa is located on the second line, 200 metres from the sea in a straight line. At the Villa there is a beautiful exotic garden with lawn, a large swimming pool (9x5 m) surrounded by sun beds, barbecue area and two sitting areas with wicker furniture. Sea open spaces make the Villa ideal for large families and for the cheerful companies of friends.

The Villa is furnished in a modern style. Bright and spacious open plan living area. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryer, iron.

All three bedrooms are on the second floor. Master bedroom (king size bed) and two bathrooms and has access to the veranda.The second bedroom also with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the opposite side of the house. The third bedroom has bunk beds and children's furniture (table with chairs). Also on the second floor separate bathroom with shower. One additional toilet downstairs. Mosquito nets in the bedrooms. The house has a alarm system. A small Playground right next to the house.

600 m from the Villa (6 – 7 min. walk) there are not a large sandy beach - a small cozy Bay, as well as a small butadiena mixed bathing(with a sandy entrance to the sea) to 250 m.

Within walking distance from the Villa, kiosk, bar and two restaurants. Bus stop in 5 min walk.

The hotel is not far from the Villa for an additional fee to use the gym, sauna, Jacuzzi and tennis court.

To the best sandy beach of Paphos coral Bay – 15 minutes by bus or 7 minutes by car. To the Paphos waterfront and the port, 10 minutes by bus. Renting a car would be useful especially during the hot months.
